Privacy policy
SNSText is a browser-based text tool operated by an individual without business registration.
Text input and processing
Text styling, line breaks, blank-character and symbol copying, and invisible-character inspection run in your browser. Input, searches, and selections are not sent to our service server or stored in URLs, an application database, or account storage. Copying writes the selected result to your device's system clipboard. Content pasted into another app is subject to that app's policies.
Analytics and consent
We load Google Analytics 4 only after you consent to analytics. All tools remain available if you refuse. Analytics uses visited pages, access times, cookie-based identifiers, and device and browser information to understand usage.
External referral information includes only the referring site's address, excluding detailed paths and search terms. Page addresses exclude URL queries and fragments. We also count clicks on the symbols Popular and Show more buttons, without sending search terms or copied characters. We record use and successful copying for all five tools using a fixed tool identifier (tool_id). Styling, line breaks and character checking record use when processing non-empty input; symbols and blank characters record use on the first successful copy. Further typing within the same input session is not counted again. Failed copies and copies of sample cards before input are excluded. The page path identifies the language version, and analytics events include the interface language (ui_locale).
Analytics events do not include your input text, conversion results, character counts, selected styles, or inquiry email address. We do not track whether you post to Instagram. Ad personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Your allow or refuse choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can allow or decline analytics, or change or withdraw your choice, using the analytics settings in this policy. Withdrawal deletes this site's analytics cookies and stops subsequent transmission. It does not immediately delete records already sent to Google. Please send related requests to the privacy inquiry email below.
The analytics cookie expiry is currently one year in the code. Google retention settings verified on 2026-10-12 were 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. Cookie expiry and server retention are separate. Deletion timing may vary with Google's settings, including retention resets on new activity. Standard aggregated reports are not affected by these retention settings in the same way.
Email inquiries
When you contact us, we process your sender email address, the name shown in the email, your message, and attachments. These are used to respond, investigate errors, and handle privacy requests. Unnecessary personal information is deleted without delay after handling the inquiry. If information must be retained by law, we handle it separately with its legal basis and retention period.
You do not need to include your entire tool input. Do not send sensitive information such as passwords, verification codes, or national identification numbers. Hide personal information in screenshots.
External services and overseas processing
We use Vercel Inc. to serve webpages, and Google LLC and relevant service-providing affiliates for consent-based analytics and Gmail inquiries. Information is processed over networks when requesting services, sending analytics, or sending email. It may be processed at providers' overseas facilities, including in the United States.
Hosting may process access information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times for security and operations. Under its published policies, Vercel retains information for periods necessary to provide services and meet legal or contractual obligations, then deletes or anonymizes information no longer needed. Information that cannot be deleted immediately, such as backups, is protected separately. We do not state a fixed retention period for individual hosting logs that this site has not verified.
Google Analytics retention settings are described above. Inquiry emails are handled in Gmail, and the operator deletes unnecessary inquiry personal information without delay. Providers' policies apply to deletion from their systems and backups.
You can refuse or withdraw analytics consent if you do not want overseas analytics processing. You can use the text tools without sending email inquiries.
Advertising
Google AdSense is not currently enabled. It is under consideration. If we decide to introduce it, we will establish the actual advertising processing scope and necessary consent arrangements, and update this policy before activation.
Your rights and privacy inquiries
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of personal information provided in an inquiry. The operator checks the minimum information needed to handle your request and responds under the relevant standards. Tool inputs and conversion results are not stored on the server, so the operator cannot retrieve or restore them.
